Keanu Reeves plays the bass guitar for Dogstar. Although he describes their music as 'folk trash' and says that their music 'sucks' It is very important to him and he has turned down parts in major films in order to tour with them. He turned down 9 million to star in Speed2 for this reason (but I bet he is glad he did!)

-Keanu Charles Reeves, Born in Beirut, September the 2nd 1964, His name is Hawaiian for 'Cool Breeze Over The Mountains' His father, Samuel, is half Chinese and half Hawaiian, His Mother, Patricia, was born in Essex, They lived in Australia and New York, Before settling in Toronto, Canada.

-He will not comment on his relationship with his father, Samuel spent a lot of time up until recently in Prison for a drugs smuggling charge and Keanu hadn't seen him for 19 years until they met up recently.

- School was a struggle, He was dyslexic, he often switched schools because he was moving. He got a placement at Performing Arts School but was soon kicked out because he 'Shot his mouth off' But he was good at basketball and he was an excellent goalkeeper at Ice Hockey

- Keanu is very secretive when it comes to his private life, He often only answers 'yes' or 'no' in interviews and on good days 'Mmm, maybe' He has gained a reputation of being troubled and slightly drippy a lot like the characters he chose to play. He reckons that 'The only woman I see regularly is my sister Kim. I love hanging out at her house . And I talk to my mum on the phone .'

- Keanu enjoys, Playing with Dogstar, Studying , Ballroom Dancing, horse riding, eating out and motorbikes.

-Keanu turns 35 this year he has 30 films to his credits, He says 'There are days when I'm O.K,' and "My life isn't that interesting' as for his acting he says tha the was 'awful' in Dangerous Liaisons 'Plain bad' in Bram Stokers Dracula 'not very good' in My Own Private Idaho and 'Out of my depth' in much ado about nothing
